Terms and Conditions
The Handbag Fairy takes pride in our high levels of customer service. We maintain this standard by having a personal approach to our customers and all their queries. We really value this approach and hope that you will too. We aim to respond to all queries within 24 hours. However, if we think that it may take longer to solve your query we will drop you an email to let you know. All of our products are fully inspected before they are posted to you.
Returns
· If you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to return it for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding Postage & Packaging) you have 14 days from the date you received the item to do so. If you would like to exchange your item you will have to return the original item within 14 days and order the new item from the site.

· Please return any items in their original packaging and original condition with all labels attached. All returns will be inspected.
· Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that the returned item gets to us. We strongly recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery or an equivalent service that gives proof of postage and insurance of the value of the item. We are not liable for any item that goes missing in the post. If an item does go missing it is your responsibility to contact the post office and initiate proceedings.
Faults
If your item is faulty please email us at returns@thehandbagfairy.co.uk stating FAULT in the subject bar. Please include the following details:
· Order Number
· Your Name and Address
· Details of the Product
· Nature of Fault
We will contact you by email.
Cancelling your Order
If you have placed your order and paid for it but have decided you would like to cancel it please email us as soon as possible.
