The Handbag Fairy takes pride in our high levels of customer service. We maintain this standard by having a personal approach to our customers and all their queries. We really value this approach and hope that you will too. We aim to respond to all queries within 24 hours. However, if we think that it may take longer to solve your query we will drop you an email to let you know.

Free UK delivery on all orders over £75 (does not apply outside UK)
The Handbag Fairy offers two types of postage within the UK.

We apologise (we know how frustrating it is) but unfortunately we cannot provide the express service to the following postcodes: GY1, GY9, HS2 – 9, IV41-51, 55, 56, KW16-17, PA61 – 76, PA78, PH42-44, ZE2 – 3. Standard delivery to these postcodes is not affected.
For standard delivery your order will be dispatched the next day (excluding weekends and bank holidays - in this case order will be dispatched on the next working day). Please allow 4 days to pass before contacting us. You can track your order progression on our Order Tracker.
For express delivery your order will be dispatched the same day if you order before 1pm. If you order after this time you will receive your order two days later, eg, place your order at 2pm on Mon your order will reach you on Wed. If you place your order on a Sat, it will be dispatched on Monday and received by you on Tues.
All orders will require a signature upon delivery. If you are not in a card will be left and you will have to collect from your post office collection depot.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by you the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
Once your order arrives in your country it will be passed onto the local postal service. We have no control over delivery times of your local postal service. If your order is delayed please contact them first before contacting us.
Items shipped to Europe/USA/Canada will require a signature upon receipt. If you are not in a card will be left and you will have to collect from your local postal service.
